Since Blake was a toddler (seems like yesterday!) I have made a "special" Valentine's party for our family. This year Phe and Pops joined us- actually Phe cooked a WONDERFUL dinner for us! Ladi Elizabeth really got into all the decorations, confetti, the candles that were lit, the roses for her and the CHOCOLATE! She had a Valentine's party at school on Friday and she loved reading all of the cards she received from her friends. I think she likes this holiday so much because it is so "girly". This afternoon when I was getting ready for our dinner she came downstairs with her heart dress on and she was wearing her "light-up" Cinderella shoes! She came into my bathroom and asked if she looked beautiful. When I looked closer at her I noticed she had put on her "play" lipstick- all over her face!!!! She was so proud and she was ready for the celebration!
